  2. RE: Fact #5 (Mexican dentists ) – had a friend who traveled from Wisconsin to Mexico for gastric bypass surgery. Her US insurance didn’t cover it (even though it was life saving surgery) and she couldn’t pay for it in the US. So she went to Mexico, paid cash, spent 3 months recuperating down there & came home. Travel expenses, surgery, 3 months recup & she still paid less than half of what it would cost her in the states.
