  1. Our weeks have 7 days because God created it to have 7. Genesis 1:3-2:1. The Babylonians had nothing to do with that. What the Babylonians did give to the world was false religious teachings that were carried throughout the earth after God confused the languages (Gen.11:1,5-9).
