Lolita Producer's Reported Underage Relationship

While filming Stanley Kubrick's Lolita (1962), 14-year-old American actress Sue Lyon was reportedly involved in a sexual relationship with the film's 32-year-old producer, James B. Harris. Lyon later said the movie exposed her to experiences no girl her age should face and blamed her sudden stardom for much of the personal turmoil that followed.
