Maria Antonia of Austria, born in 1669 into the House of Habsburg, had one of the dynasty’s most extreme family trees. Her inbreeding coefficient reached 0.3053, which was higher than the usual coefficient for a child born to a brother and sister or to a parent and their own child. She became the only surviving child of Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I and Margaret Theresa of Spain, but she died in 1692 at just 23 years old.
