San Bernardino Burglars Returned Computers

In August 2013, thieves broke into a San Bernardino nonprofit support group for victims and stole several computer towers and monitors. The organization, Sexual Assault Services, helped survivors of sexual violence, which made the burglary especially cruel. The next day, the thieves returned the stolen equipment with an apology note encouraging the group to keep making a difference in people’s lives.
