Copper Scroll Listed Hidden Treasure

Some of the Dead Sea Scrolls are not religious texts but a metal treasure list describing where huge amounts of gold and silver were supposedly hidden. The Copper Scroll, discovered near Qumran in 1952, was written on thin sheets of copper rather than parchment or papyrus. The treasure has never been found, which makes the scroll one of the strangest and most frustrating documents from the Dead Sea Scrolls.
