PS4 Roach Motel Problem

By 2017, independent console repair shops were warning that the PlayStation 4 had become a favorite hiding place for cockroaches. Repair technicians found that the PS4's wider ventilation grates, low vent placement, and hotter internal power supply made it easier for roaches to get inside and nest than in other consoles. Repairmen claimed that at least half of the PS4s they received were loaded with roaches.
