Spider-Man's Real Ingram Street

In Marvel lore, Peter Parker grew up at 20 Ingram Street in Forest Hills, Queens, and that address turned out to exist in real life. The real twist was that a family actually named Parkers lived there, and after comics exposed the address more clearly in 1989, they started receiving mail addressed to Spider-Man from fans and children.
