Vasili Komaroff Murdered Horse Buyers

Russian serial killer Vasili Komaroff operated in Moscow during the early 1920s, posing as a horse trader to lure victims. Komaroff targeted buyers interested in purchasing one of his horses, invited them to drink vodka, and then killed them once they were intoxicated before robbing them. His wife eventually discovered the murders but reacted calmly and began helping him dispose of the bodies. By the time police arrested the serial killer in 1923, Komaroff had murdered 33 customers.
