Shatners Nightmare At 20000 Prank

While shooting the Twilight Zone episode “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet,” William Shatner decided to pull a prank on director Richard Donner. Shatner staged a fake fight on the plane set and arranged for a dummy to fall off the wing to the concrete below. When Donner saw the dummy drop, he thought Shatner had actually fallen and died.
