Arlington Ladies Never Leave Funerals

Since 1948, a group of ladies at Arlington National Cemetery has attended every funeral held there. They go to support and comfort the families of the fallen, and when no relatives or friends are present, they stand as the only mourners. Their presence ensures that no service member is ever buried alone.
