Dyslexic Pete Conrad Reaches Moon

The third person to walk on the moon was astronaut Pete Conrad, who struggled with dyslexia and got expelled from high school as a teenager. He later turned his academic life around, earned an engineering degree from Princeton University, and joined NASA. In 1969, he walked on the lunar surface as commander of Apollo 12, proving that early learning difficulties did not stop him from reaching one of the most elite achievements in human history.
