Lynn Cartwright Plays Older Dottie

At the end of A League of Their Own (1992), the older version of Dottie is not Geena Davis in age makeup but actress Lynn Cartwright, who naturally looks strikingly similar to her. The production cast Cartwright for the closing Hall of Fame scenes and then dubbed Geena Davis's voice over her performance. The seamless blend of Cartwright's face and Davis's voice convinces many viewers that they are still watching Davis under heavy prosthetics.
