Attack Of The Clones All-Digital

Star Wars: Episode II—Attack of the Clones (2000) became the first Hollywood live-action feature to be created entirely through digital means from capture to postproduction. The filmmakers shot the movie using digital cameras instead of traditional film stock, keeping the whole production pipeline in the digital realm. Film only entered the process when they had to create physical prints for theaters that could not project digital copies.
