South Korea StarCraft Marathon Death

In 2005, a 28-year-old man identified only as Lee played StarCraft almost nonstop for about 50 hours at an internet cafe in South Korea. Police said he took only brief breaks, ate little, and then collapsed; authorities presumed heart failure from exhaustion. He died shortly after, and local reports noted he had recently quit his job to play more games.
