Christian Bale - The Machinist

Christian Bale underwent a drastic transformation for his role in "The Machinist" (2004), losing approximately 62 pounds over four months. His extreme diet consisted of just 55-260 calories daily, primarily from a can of tuna, an apple, black coffee, and water. This severe weight loss caused him to lose muscle elasticity, resulting in physical changes such as his butt to "drop." After filming for this movie ended, he then immediately had to gain 100 pounds in six months for "Batman Begins," only to shed 30 pounds again before shooting began because he had bulked up too much.
