Plunkett And Manning Remain Uninducted

NFL quarterbacks Jim Plunkett and Eli Manning each started and won two Super Bowls, yet the Pro Football Hall of Fame has not inducted either eligible player. Plunkett led the Raiders to victories in Super Bowls XV and XVIII, while Manning led the New York Giants to wins in Super Bowls XLII and XLVI. Both finished 2-0 as Super Bowl starters, with Plunkett earning one Super Bowl MVP award and Manning earning two.
