Trey Parker and Matt Stone originally wanted to call their 1999 film "South Park: All Hell Breaks Loose," but Parker said the MPAA rejected the word "hell" in the title. They responded with "South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut," which received approval despite its more suggestive meaning. Parker later explained that the replacement title referred to an uncircumcised penis and said the MPAA failed to recognize the joke.
