Korn's South Park Single Premiere

On October 27, 1999, American nu metal band Korn used the South Park episode "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery" to premiere "Falling Away from Me," the lead single from their album "Issues." The band appeared as themselves in the Scooby-Doo-style Halloween story and performed the song at the end. The song became one of Korn's most popular singles, while its anti-child-abuse music video topped MTV's "Total Request Live" for 10 days.
