Sia Secretly Voiced Randy's Lorde

In 2014, South Park secretly recruited Australian singer Sia to provide Randy Marsh's polished vocals as Lorde on "Push (Feeling Good on a Wednesday)." South Park co-creator Trey Parker wrote the parody song, while Sia recorded it without receiving an on-screen credit. She worried that the joke might offend New Zealand singer Lorde but proceeded because she thought Lorde would find it funny, admitting, "I felt bad, but I went ahead and did it anyway." Lorde later reacted positively to the parody.
