Electric Eels Cluster Organs Forward

An electric eel's vital organs are tightly packed into the front of its body, immediately behind its head. About 80 percent of the fish consists of three specialized electrical organs called the main organ, Hunter's organ, and Sachs' organ. These generate strong and weak charges for hunting, defense, navigation, and communication.
