Chucky's Eyes Became Crypt Keeper's

After creating Chucky for Child's Play (1988), special-effects artist Kevin Yagher reused the doll's clear blue eyes when building the Crypt Keeper for HBO's Tales from the Crypt. Six puppeteers were required to operate the finished Crypt Keeper.
