Dolly Parton's Induction Inspired Rockstar

Dolly Parton initially tried to withdraw her 2022 nomination to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame because, as a country singer, she did not feel that she had earned the honor. After being inducted anyway, she promised to record a rock album to justify her inclusion. The result was 2023's Rockstar, her only full-length rock album, featuring collaborations with artists including Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Elton John, Sting, and Stevie Nicks.
