Taylor Farms Recalled McDonald's Onions

On October 25, 2024, Taylor Farms announced a recall after the company was linked to an E. coli outbreak traced to raw onions served at McDonald's. The outbreak affected 104 people and caused one death. An FDA inspection also found numerous violations in food-safety procedures at the Taylor Farms facility.
