German Jewish woman Stella Goldschlag, also known as Stella Kübler after marriage, collaborated with the Gestapo during World War II. After initially being arrested and pressured by the Nazis, she worked as a so-called "catcher," helping identify and locate Jews who were hiding in Berlin. Historians estimate that her actions contributed to the arrests of between 600 and 3,000 people. Goldschlag survived the war, but her role remained deeply controversial, and she died by suicide in 1994 at the age of 72.
