Charles Darwin’s Four-Hour Workday

British naturalist Charles Darwin reportedly worked about 4 hours a day, splitting his routine into two 90-minute morning sessions and one 60-minute session later in the day. Before the final work period, he took an hour-long nap and went on two walks. On that schedule, he wrote 19 books, including “On the Origin of Species” and “The Descent of Man.”
