Steven Ford’s White House Bill

Gerald Ford’s teenage son Steven Ford once sneaked about 20 friends into the White House for a party and ordered food and drinks, assuming everything was free. The next day, his father called him into the Oval Office and showed him the bill. Steven then learned that the food and drinks came out of the president’s own salary, not some endless White House party fund.
