Toward the end of filming the first Harry Potter movie, Daniel Radcliffe’s voice broke before production had finished. That created a problem for the final scenes, because Harry’s voice no longer sounded the same as it had earlier in the film. The crew brought in a child actor named Joe Sowerbutts as a soundalike to overdub Radcliffe’s lines in post-production.
