In 2002, a fake Harry Potter sequel appeared in China under the title "Harry Potter and Bao Zuolong." The book did not tell a new Wizarding World story. Instead, it used the text of J.R.R. Tolkien’s "The Hobbit" and changed the names to Harry Potter characters.
