Zhang Zongchang Couldn’t Count Power

Chinese warlord Zhang Zongchang, who ruled Shandong from 1925 to 1928, was nicknamed "Three Don’t Knows." He supposedly did not know how much money was in his coffers, how many men were in his army, or how many women were in his harem. Zhang became notorious during China’s warlord era for his brutality, extravagance, and chaotic rule.
