Gillette Founder Imagined Niagara Metropolis

The founder of Gillette was a utopian socialist who believed all industry should be run by a single publicly owned corporation. King C. Gillette also imagined Americans living together in a giant city called Metropolis, powered by Niagara Falls. He promoted these ideas years before his safety razor made him famous.
