Office Krasinski Warned Greg Daniels

While waiting to audition for The Office, actor John Krasinski chatted with someone nearby about his fears that the U.S. version would get ruined, because he loved the British original so much. He warned that the producers might “screw it up,” not realizing who he was talking to. The man listening was Greg Daniels, the American TV writer and executive producer leading the adaptation.
