Greek serial killer Dimitris Vakrinos carried out a series of murders in Athens during the 1990s, often targeting people who had only mildly annoyed him. In one incident, he shot two teenage boys simply because they had been rude to someone on the street. In another case, Vakrinos argued with a fellow taxi driver over taxi stand priorities, then held a grudge for months. He later tracked the driver down, entered his cab pretending to be a customer, and murdered him during the ride.
