Nickelback released How You Remind Me in 2001, and U.S. radio stations picked it up so heavily that it dominated the airwaves throughout the 2000s. Between its release and the end of 2009, the single was played over 1.2 million times on American radio, making it the most played song on U.S. radio that decade.
