De Niro Bar Money Outburst

In February 2017, there were media reports that Robert De Niro and his wife, Grace Hightower, clashed over her coffee company, Grace Hightower & Coffees of Rwanda, which was a 5-year-old brand De Niro had heavily invested in. De Niro reportedly grew frustrated with the business and argued with Hightower at a Manhattan bar, where he snapped, saying, “I wouldn’t have to keep making shitty movies if you didn’t spend all my money!”
