Rami Malek prepared for Bohemian Rhapsody by repeatedly studying Freddie Mercury’s 1985 Live Aid performance on YouTube. He watched the video more than 1,500 times to lock in Mercury’s movements and presence. That obsessive repetition became a core part of how he built his performance for the film.
