Most Nutritious Human Body Parts

PBS reported on a study that used four human cadavers to figure out which body parts would provide the most nutritional value if someone resorted to eating human flesh. The analysis suggested ignoring kidneys, pancreas, and teeth and instead targeting butt muscles, thighs, and skin as the richest sources of calories. After working through the numbers and implications of the study, the researcher reportedly found it difficult to eat bacon afterward.
