Kosovo Boys Named Tonibler Blair

After the Kosovo War in 1999, many ethnic Albanian parents in Kosovo began naming their newborn sons "Tonibler" to honor British Prime Minister Tony Blair for his role in the NATO intervention that helped drive Serbian forces out.
