Barry And Honey Sherman Mystery

Barry And Honey Sherman Mystery

On December 15, 2017, real estate agents showing a house in an upscale Toronto neighborhood discovered the bodies of Canadian pharmaceutical billionaire Barry Sherman and his wife, Honey, seated by the indoor pool of their Old Colony Road mansion. The 75-year-old founder of generic drug giant Apotex and his 70-year-old wife had been killed by ligature neck compression, with leather belts looped around their necks and fastened to a pool railing.

Police initially floated the possibility of a murder-suicide, but the family pushed back, and a later public statement confirmed investigators were treating the case as a targeted double homicide. Despite extensive searches, dozens of warrants, and a multimillion-dollar reward, no suspect has been arrested, and the murders of Barry and Honey Sherman remain unsolved.
