Welsh Fairy Corgi War Mounts

According to Welsh mythology and folklore, fairies once rode corgis into battle, using the small dogs as their war steeds. Stories say the fair folk also hitched them to tiny fairy carriages and used them to herd their cattle across hidden fields.
