Rolf Harris Kids Safety Film

In 1985, Australian entertainer Rolf Harris presented a 20-minute educational short film for children called "Kids Can Say No," which offered advice on how to recognize and avoid sexual predators. The program, produced for television, showed Harris talking directly to kids about setting boundaries and seeking help if adults behaved inappropriately. Nearly 30 years later, in 2014, Harris himself was convicted in the United Kingdom as a child sex offender.
