Anthony Stockelman Katies Revenge Tattoo

In 2006 at the New Castle Correctional Facility in Indiana, fellow inmates learned that Anthony Ray Stockelman was serving time for molesting and murdering 10-year-old Katie Collman. One prisoner overpowered him and forcibly tattooed the words “Katie’s Revenge” across Stockelman’s forehead. The crude prison tattoo marked him permanently as the killer of a child. Afterward, prison officials placed him in protective custody.
