Antoinette Frank Restaurant Triple Murder

On the night of March 3–4, 1995, New Orleans police officer Antoinette Frank and her accomplice Rogers LaCaze robbed the Kim Anh Vietnamese restaurant, where she worked off duty, and shot security guard and fellow officer Ronald Williams along with two employees. During the gunfire, other staff members hid in a walk-in cooler and survived.

Frank fled the scene, then returned in uniform in a patrol car, pretending to investigate the crime and asking what had happened. The survivor who had hidden in the cooler identified her as one of the shooters, and Frank was later convicted of three counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death.
