Duncan MacPherson Glacier Discovery

Duncan MacPherson Glacier Discovery

In 1989, Canadian hockey player Duncan MacPherson vanished without explanation, leaving his family and friends with no clear trail to follow. He rented a snowboard at the Stubai Glacier resort in Austria and was last seen heading out alone on the only open run. Authorities could not find him at the time, and the case sat unresolved for years. Fourteen years later, in 2003, his frozen body was finally discovered inside the glacier on the same slope.
