Phil Hartman's Tragic Final Night

In 1998, Phil Hartman, the Simpsons voice of Lionel Hutz and Troy McClure, was shot to death in his sleep by his wife. Toxicology tests later found cocaine, alcohol, and Zoloft in her system, and she died by suicide after police arrived. Jon Lovitz later blamed Andy Dick for reintroducing Brynn to drugs, which once even sparked an altercation that ended with Lovitz slamming Dick's head into a bar.
