Cake by the Ocean Mix-Up

The hit song Cake by the Ocean owes its quirky title to a translation slip. When DNCE's Swedish producers tried to reference the cocktail Sex on the Beach, they accidentally translated it as Cake by the Ocean. The band found the mistake hilarious and decided to keep it, turning a mistranslation into a chart-topping anthem.
