In November 2024, Denise Ann Prudhomme, a Wells Fargo employee in Houston, Texas, was found dead at her desk after colleagues realized she had not moved for days. Records showed she had last scanned her badge into the building four days earlier. A medical examiner later ruled her death as a sudden cardiac death from natural causes.
