Robert Downey Jr. - Tropic Thunder

While filming "Tropic Thunder" (2008), Robert Downey Jr. stayed in character even when the cameras weren't rolling. He even provided his DVD commentary as Lincoln Osiris, a nod to a joke in the film that Lazarus never breaks character until he completes the DVD commentary.
