Tim Curry - IT

While filming "IT" (1990), Tim Curry stayed in character the entire time, unsettling everyone on set. He was also the top choice to play the Joker in the 1989 "Batman" film, though the role later went to Jack Nicholson. Curry later voiced the Joker in the 1992 animated series but was quickly replaced by Mark Hamill, as his voice was deemed "too scary."
