Elevator Death Missed for Month

In 2016, workers in China found a woman's body trapped in an elevator for a full month. Earlier, servicemen had investigated a malfunctioning cable and, after banging on the door and receiving no response, cut the power and told residents to use another lift. Shockingly, they returned a month later and found her deceased inside.
